The Green Bay Packers have been dominant in winning six out their last seven games with the exception of a 28-24 win over the Dolphins, which required a last second touchdown pass for the victory. Tomorrow in Minneapolis may require a similar ending as that October day in Miami.
One good thing is the weather will not be a factor in this first of two outdoor games the Packers will play in Minnesota until the new Vikings stadium opens. With that being the case I think both offenses will be able to move the ball well and put up some points.
I see a close game because the Packers’ defense is banged up and they may not be able to use their new scheme as much due to the injuries to Clay Matthews and Nick Perry. Throw in a turnover or two by the offense and the Packers will need a late Mason Crosby field goal to knock off the Vikings 31-28 in a tough divisional game.
